Jackie Dyer, former superintendent of the Mission School District in Mission, Texas, brought Visioning® into the district with great success. The Visioning® collage shown turned a losing high school football team into winners in one season. By creating this collage under Dyer’s direction, the team learned to believe in themselves and performed at optimum levels.

Dr. Capacchione has conducted Visioning® workshops for theme park designers at Walt Disney Imagineering, and her trained instructors have worked in businesses and non-profit organizations helping teams dream together.
